Robotech CAD Solutions, Inc. is offering several technical support programs for ARCHIBUS and AutoCAD customers. This service is recommended to new and existing CAD operations for solving systems/network configuration problems and application problems. Supported systems may include single-user or networked ARCHIBUS and AutoCAD applications, and other specialized applications for building design and management. All our support programs include Standard Remote Technical Support service throughout the year. The support is provided by application specialists and in case a specialist is not available, your call will be returned in a timely manner. In case problems cannot be resolved over the telephone, an on-site service call will be scheduled, based on availability, at an hourly rate.
The configuration and cost for the annual support program that fits your operation is based on parameters such as number of systems and users, the installed applications, hardware and network configuration and required response time.
